From inquiry to delivery: a process designed for buyers who need reliability, not surprises.
01 — Inquiry
Fill in the quote form, WhatsApp us at 0332-7093049, or email info@aicgreen.com. Tell us the grade, quantity, and destination. We respond same working day.
02 — Quotation
We send a formal price quotation (PKR domestic, USD export) within 24 hours. Pricing includes packaging, loading, and documentation. No hidden costs.
03 — Sample
New buyers typically start with a 1–5 MT sample order. Domestic samples ship within 5–10 working days. Export samples are sent courier or included in a partial container. Lab test reports available on request.
04 — Production Order
Once specification is approved, production orders are placed against advance payment (domestic) or LC/TT (export). Lead time: 5–10 working days domestic, 15–21 working days for export containers. We send weight slips and packing lists with every order.
05 — Ongoing Supply
Most of our buyers are on monthly or quarterly schedules. Once you’re on our production plan, we hold buffer stock against your repeat orders and flag availability issues before they become delivery problems.
