When you submit a contact or quote form on this website, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the details you provide about your enquiry. We do not use tracking cookies beyond standard WordPress analytics.
How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and to manage our commercial relationship with you. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties except as required to process your order (e.g. shipping agents) or as required by Pakistani law.
Data retention
We retain business correspondence and order records for seven years in line with FBR requirements. You may request deletion of marketing-only data at any time by emailing info@aicgreen.com.
